|Recommended: YesResident for almost 2yrs — Very pleasant neighborhood, no complaints or issues with residents and the maintenance guy is the most responsive and helpful of any apartment complex I've ever lived.
The complex staff is super low stress, and is always considerate of your convenience and privacy when it comes to construction, inspections etc.
Not to mention, the rent is as reasonable as you’ll find in the current market.

|Recommended: YesFeels like home — I've lived here for a few months and have had no issues. Nothing in life is perfect so of course things will never go as planned, but they have been nothing short of helpful and friendly. I am a huge dog lover, and so is the community. When I adopted my current pup, MaryLou was both kind, and patient - very helpful. The maintenance grounds keepers are really friendly and love to meet dogs. I've seen enough children that I look forward to Halloween here I am a fan of the fact they have lights all around for security in the night. Porch lights actually work. Everyone here seems to be living their life and being considerate neighbors. Almost all people actually pick up after their dogs.
The only reason I had a low score on noise is probably just my circumstance - I just have very noisy neighbors who leave their kids toys around outside. Often blaring loud music from the car, or being very loud outside my room at random hours. Just my personal experience.

Matinence showed up when needed. Management staff changed about 5 times since moving in. No real complaints.
