The staff, maintenance, and grounds workers are all timely, professional, and friendly. It is honestly the best place in the area to live, as so many amenities are bundled in to the rent price, and in-unit laundry is included. It is a very safe and quiet place to live
|Recommended: YesGreat Staff, Good Community, Nice Apartments — I'm really amazed how much I love Meadows. The apartment was clean upon move in and the staff is quick to address any problems we may have. I can sometimes hear my neighbors moving around in their apartment but overall, it doesn't affect our quality of living. The grounds are kept clean, shoveled, salted, and in general they're always taken care of. I'm extremely impressed but the quality of care the staff members give the development. There's always parking in our row and I've never had an issue with availability.
I really love the open concept downstairs, however in our unit there isn't much room for a table. We opted to use a folding table for the time being that we put away when we're not using it. The upstairs is nice and we use the smaller bedroom for an office. It wouldn't really be able to have more than a twin bed if we were to use it as a bedroom. Closet space is plentiful.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend Meadows to friends or family looking for an apartment.
|Recommended: YesSmall but nice — The apartments are small and the rent isn't terribly expensive but a little high for the size of the apartment. Overall the community is a good place to live and we haven't had any problems.
